Unfortunately we will no longer issue WDIR documentation ( Wood Destroying Insect Reports) needed for commercial and residential real estate transactions. If any termite treatments, Inspections or WDIR letters are needed S.P.M will refer you to our termite elimination partner. Southern Pest Management as of 7/1/2019 will NO longer directly treats properties for termites or powder post beetles. We have developed a partnership with a local termite company with over 30 years of experience to perform our termite treatments and deliver the best possible termite service available for our customers.

Any customers who are under our termite prevention agreements, nothing will change as of now. We will continue to inspect  and warranty your properties as usual. Changes for existing termite customers will not happen until 2021. Current customers will be notified of any upcoming changes well before they are instituted. Our termite elimination partner company has 30 years experience doing termite and wood destroying insect treatments in our area.
